  • Properties may require a refundable/ non‑refundable deposit upon check‑in to cover incidentals.

Activities & Tours

  • Weather or operational issues may require rescheduling; refunds follow the applicable supplier policy.

Packages

  • Package bookings (flight + hotel + activity/transfer) are governed by the combined policies of each component supplier.
  • Promotional/discounted packages may be non‑refundable and non‑changeable after confirmation.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

  • Policies vary by service and supplier and will be presented prior to payment and in your confirmation.
  • No‑shows and late cancellations may incur full charges without refund.
  • Where eligible, refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after supplier approval.
  • Service and gateway fees may be non‑refundable.

Supplier Terms

  • Sanam Tours acts as an intermediary between you and suppliers. Actual service provision is governed by supplier terms.
  • In case of conflict, supplier terms prevail for the relevant service, while these Terms govern website use.

Passports, Visas & Health

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring valid passports, required visas, permits, vaccinations, and travel insurance where applicable.
  • Sanam Tours is not liable for denied entry or losses arising from missing/invalid documents.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
  • Our aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

  • All website content (text, graphics, logos, designs) is owned or licensed by Sanam Tours and protected by applicable laws.
  • No copying, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

Privacy & Data Protection

Fraud & Misuse
